Ethical behavior is to treat people the way you want to be treated, while holding the standards of honesty, fairness and responsibility. The standards so attained are applicable to whatever position you hold, whether it is academic relationships, commerce and science etc.

Organizational ethics and behavior are very cardinal elements that help companies towards better performance, productivity and elevated spirits. The rules, policies and standard operating procedures of a company should have supperior ethical base to encourage morals among its work force. The morals so attained enable employees to go about their respective jobs with fairness, honesty and integrity. It is the duty of leaders and management to ensure that the morals sown be maintained continuously for betterment of employees and company.
